You can browse this website without creating an account. Cloudflare processes standard technical information needed to deliver pages securely, prevent abuse and diagnose faults, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access. MateTech uses this information to operate and protect the site, not to sell personal information.
When you contact us
If you email MateTech, we receive the information you choose to include, your email address and normal message metadata. We use it to answer your question, investigate a support issue or discuss a service request. Avoid sending passwords, payment-card data, identity documents or access codes unless we specifically arrange a secure method.
Our apps and other services
Each app has its own privacy policy describing its features, permissions, connected services, retention and controls. Apple, the App Store, iCloud, Firebase and other connected providers may process information for the services they operate and have their own privacy notices.
Storage, deletion and rights
Information is kept only while needed for the website, support, security or applicable obligations. Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy of information MateTech controls. Email support with “Privacy” in the subject. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
